Standards & Quality

TraceabilityInspectionDocument scope

Quality begins with an agreed requirement and an honest evidence boundary.

Applicable standards and documents vary by project. East Far Cryo confirms the requested scope per order and does not imply unlisted certifications, customer approvals, or equipment-level qualification.

Request Datasheet/Material Support

We will review the requested material, application conditions, and document scope, then reply by email with available datasheets or project documentation options.

Requirement review

Product model, revision, dimensions, tolerances, temperature, vacuum, service medium, cleaning, packaging, documents, and acceptance method are confirmed before release.

  • Record deviations and open technical questions
  • Do not infer oxygen, hydrogen, flight, or electrical approval from a generic product name

Material and process traceability

Traceability depth is agreed with the order and may include incoming material identification, lot references, work instructions, dimensional records, and packaging labels.

  • State document and retention needs in the RFQ
  • Customer-supplied materials remain identified separately during cutting

Dimensional and visual inspection

Widths, lengths, profile geometry, openings, workmanship, edge condition, winding, labeling, and packaging can be inspected against the agreed drawing or order.

  • Define sampling level and measurement method before production
  • Functional or system-level performance requires a separate agreed test

Technical data and test conditions

Thermal, outgassing, adhesion, compatibility, and other performance data are reported only with relevant conditions and test methods. Public references are not presented as customer qualification.

  • Confirm whether data are typical, lot-specific, or system-test results
  • Request project-specific evidence where acceptance depends on the installed assembly

Standards and certification boundary

Applicable standards, customer specifications, qualification plans, inspection documents, and certificates must be identified per order. This site does not claim unlisted certifications or blanket approval for regulated service.

  • Supply the governing document number and revision
  • Resolve conflicts between drawings, specifications, and purchase requirements before production
