    Process line

    Inner pipe, welds, supports, and field joints supplied by the piping system.

    Wrapped MLI

    CryoMLI slit and rewound to suit pipe diameter, bend radius, and installation method.

    Seaming and reinforcement

    CryoTape and CryoFiG control local edges and protect service-sensitive areas.

  4. 04
    Vacuum jacket

    Outer jacket, ports, and vacuum hardware remain part of the equipment design.

Supporting materials and supply boundaries

East Far Cryo supplies cryogenic insulation materials, related processing, and material-selection support. Equipment and system responsibilities remain with the project owner and equipment designer.

  • Inner and outer pipe, spacers, bellows, field-joint closures, valves, and vacuum ports are not East Far Cryo-manufactured equipment.
  • Sealants and structural thermal breaks require piping-designer approval.
  • Adsorbent placement must remain serviceable and isolated from process contamination.

Parameters needed for quotation

  • Cryogenic medium and normal / transient operating temperatures
  • Target vacuum level, pump-down method, hold time, and expected residual-gas load
  • Equipment geometry, dimensions or surface area, penetrations, and installation access
  • Target heat leak or required layer count and any governing acceptance method
  • Required delivery form: rolls, slit widths, sewn blankets, profile-cut parts, or installation kits
  • Pipe diameters, straight-run lengths, bend radii, valve / joint geometry, and field-installation sequence
